| Chipper Jones is out 1-6 days with a strained tricep. The injury occurred while sliding into 2nd for a first inning double (and league leading 19th hit) against the Yankees. He remains on the active roster.

| In his first start back, Chipper Jones went 2-5 including a 4th inning Solo Home run. Chipper leads the league in Hits and RBIs. | |
