It's really weird, but I think 2LTs dropped that ball (or didn't dive to catch it) because he wanted dearly to emulate my ability to bounce that throw off the wall from the Bermuda triangle out there.
That alone made it worthwhile for us to watch the replay. That's when the hidden ball trick appeared. I'm guessing if we all played games where we watch all the between pitch action without hitting "X" to advance, lots more insanity would ensue. And....games would last 2 hours +..................

That is a very possibility I usually play most games hitting X and have missed several Base Coach signs in RTTS because of it too.
